Leather Paring Knife

Great knife for skiving or any cut you need to make. Give it a couple passes on some stroop and it glides through like nothing

These are decent for the price. The edge retention is poor (they require frequent sharpening/stropping, perhaps every 12-16" of cut length) compared to higher carbon steels. On the plus side, they sharpen quickly and a razor edge is fairly easy to achieve. I bought all three to test, I find the small and medium size to be the most useful.

These knives are of the highest quality and extremely affordable, the edge keeps extremely well and they are perfect for small paring and skiving jobs. They also look pretty damn cool, all details were thought out with these between the hook to hang them up, the ribbed edges on the front and the cool looking characters on the top of the knife. Definitely 5 stars.

Super sharp right out of the box, glides through 10oz leather like butter. Excellent feel in hand. Great quality

Razor edge, easy to keep it sharp, cuts almost too easily if not careful. Important member of a group of skiving knives.

A little smaller than i expected but very sharp out the box. The steel is very hard so it’s taking a while to sharpen it, however once I’m done it will stay sharp for along time. No complaints.

Very thin and sharp. Works well on fuzzy chrome tan leather. I need it to be left handed, though.

My knife cuts smoothly through the different types of leather, I used to test it. It is easy to control, well constructed, and versatile. I really enjoy my knife and nothing will change that.

Great quality

I have not used the items yet. I am taking a class tomorrow so I can learn how to use them properly. The tools came highly recommended by the instructor. So at this point I can only assume that they are as good as they told me they would be.
