SHIPPING POLICY
Enjoy Free Shipping on MOST items throughout the store. Free Shipping promotion only valid on shipping address to conterminous 48 states in combination with retail orders totaling $35 or more after all discounts, promotions, or other special offers are applied. Orders below $35 will be eligible for $4.50 flat rate shipping to conterminous 48 states.
*AK, HI, Puerto Rico, off-shore U.S. Islands etc. does not qualify for free shipping promotion
For orders that selected "Free Shipping", We will select USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping at our discretion.
"Free Shipping" orders will typically arrive within 3 to 6 Business Days to conterminous 48 states; however it is ultimately at the discretion of the shipping carrier. Please note that there may be instances where an USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping delay occur, and subsequently delay the arrival of your order which is beyond our control. For this reason, please select an expedited shipping method of your choice for time sensitive order to ensure it arrives on time.
Please note that USPS, FedEx or UPS does not count the day the order is picked up as a day in transit. It may also take up to a full business day for USPS, FedEx or UPS to update their tracking system on orders. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You may return eligible merchandise for a refund within 7 days. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an email to support@artisanleathersupply.com within 7 days of product arrival. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Items marked as Special Deal are final and CANNOT be returned.
Shipping cost from and to Artisan Leather Supply are non-refundable and must be PREPAID. We do not accept COD or 3rd party billing.
We recommend using a service with tracking for all returns. Tracking lets you know the item is on its way, and we can assist in tracing the package in case it is lost in transit.
RMA number must be obtained for any returns. Returned packages with no RMA number will be discarded or returned to sender.
Product must be in the original condition including all tags, stickers, UPC codes etc. intact as when we shipped them. You will be charged 30% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition or if returned past the 30-day time frame. Item(s) that are used will NOT be refunded and will be discarded.
Please inspect your entire order to make sure you have received exactly what you ordered & the item(s) was not damaged during transit. If we have made an error regarding your order or you have received item(s) damaged, please notify us within 5 days & we will do whatever we can to correct the error.
If you are not satisfied with what you ordered, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an email to support@artisanleathersupply.com within 14 days of product arrival. Please indicate your order number in the subject line & the item you wish to return in the email.

EXCHANGES
Want to exchange an item? Simply return your original item(s) with a RMA number, and place a new order. We will ship your new order promptly, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Artisan Leather Supply will not be responsible for typographical, other errors or omissions regarding products specifications, prices or other information.
