This dual-purpose stainless steel scribe features a pointy tip that can be used for marking leather or applying edge paint. Additionally, the back of the scribe is designed with a rotary knurled end for applying edge paint on thicker edges.

Stainless steel scribe

Such a handy tool to have on my work bench. I don't grab it all the time but do find myself grabbing it more and more. Have not had a chance to use the edge paint end but will soon.

This is a really nicely made scratch awl. Heavy in the hand and finished nicely. The edge paint roller is an added bonus.
